Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, directly from the platform's admin panel (Billing section). Cancellation works as follows:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
  • No cancellation fee is charged
  • Unused credits remain available until the end of the paid period, after which they are lost
  • Once the period ends, your account becomes inactive, but your data is kept for 90 days

2. Subscription refunds

AirQuote is a service for professionals (B2B). Because the service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, the monthly subscription is, as a rule, non-refundable. However, as a matter of our own commercial policy, we offer refunds in the following situations:

  • First 7 days: Within 7 days of your first payment, if you have not used any credits (projects), you can request a full refund of that payment
  • Technical issues: If the platform did not work properly and we were unable to fix the problem, we offer a proportional refund

3. Credit pack refunds

Additional credit packs (purchased separately from the subscription) are non-refundable once purchased, because the credits are added to your account instantly. Unused credits do not expire and carry over as long as your subscription is active; if you cancel, they remain available until the end of the paid period and are then lost.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund (in eligible cases), send an email to contact@airquote.ro with:

  • Your company name and the email address of the account
  • The reason for your request
  • The invoice number (if you have it)

We will reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method, in the currency of the payment (EUR on airquote.eu), within 5–10 business days.

5. Account reactivation

If you have canceled your subscription, you can reactivate your account at any time during the 90-day data retention period. All your projects and measurements will be available exactly as you left them.
