Terms of Service

1. General information

The AirQuote platform (available at airquote.ro, airquote.eu, app.airquote.ro and app.airquote.eu) is operated by SC CC Digital Solutions SRL, with its registered office at str. Pădurii nr. 6, Sat Drăgoiești, Comuna Drăgoiești, Suceava County, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2025011387003, tax identification number (CUI) 51307493, email contact@airquote.ro (hereinafter "AirQuote", "we", "us" or "the Provider").

AirQuote is a service intended exclusively for professionals (legal entities and authorized sole traders carrying out commercial activities) — roofing companies and installers. The service is not intended for consumers. By creating an account and using the service, you confirm that you are acting for professional purposes and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

AirQuote provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for aerial roof measurement, which includes:

• Photogrammetric processing of drone-captured images
• Generation of 3D models and point clouds
• Interactive measurement tools on 3D models
• Automatic bill of materials calculation
• Quote generation for the end customer (personalized link)
• Storage of projects and associated data

Photogrammetric processing runs automatically, usually within approximately 10–30 minutes of image upload. During periods of high load or for complex projects it may take longer, but usually no more than 24 hours. These times are estimates and do not constitute a firm contractual guarantee.

3. Accounts and access

To use the platform you must create a company account. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. The manager account can invite agents (additional users) within the same company.

Credentials are personal and may not be shared with third parties outside your company. You are directly responsible for compliance with these terms by the agents and collaborators to whom you grant access. Please notify us immediately at contact@airquote.ro of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free trial

We offer a free 7-day trial that includes 2 test projects, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, access to paid features ends unless you activate a subscription. Data created during the trial is kept in accordance with section 6 and the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions, credits and payments

The monthly subscription is billed automatically, monthly and in advance, through the payment processor Stripe. On airquote.eu the subscription costs €149/month and includes 10 projects (credits) per month, as shown on the pricing page.

One credit (project) represents the complete processing of a single roof.

Additional credits can be purchased at any time as credit packs (25 credits = €225, 50 credits = €400, 100 credits = €700). Credit packs require an active subscription. Unused credits included in the subscription, as well as purchased credit packs, do not expire and carry over automatically to the following months as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, they remain available until the end of the paid period and are then lost.

Additional features may be available for a fee, as options or separate packs, at the prices shown in the platform.

Prices on airquote.eu are shown in EUR; on airquote.ro prices are shown in RON. Prices are shown without VAT. CC Digital Solutions SRL is not VAT-registered under art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code. For business customers established in another EU member state the reverse-charge mechanism applies (art. 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC): the customer accounts for VAT in its own member state. You enter your EU VAT identification number at checkout, where it is validated automatically. Invoices are issued automatically after each payment and sent by email.

6. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation:

• You keep access to the platform until the end of the paid period
• Credits remain available until the end of the paid period; once it expires, unused credits are lost, with no right to a refund
• Your data and projects are stored for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your account or request an export; after that they are deleted

While your subscription is active, projects (images, 3D model, measurements and the signed homeowner consent) are kept for 24 months from creation. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

The subscription is, as a rule, non-refundable. The exceptions (a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if no credit has been used, and a proportional refund for unresolved technical issues) are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Permitted use and restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform, solely for your own professional purposes and for the duration of your active subscription. You are free to use the generated results (measurements, models, quotes) in your own commercial activity.

In return, you agree NOT to:

• copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the platform, its code, algorithms or logical structure;
• use the platform's know-how, workflow, algorithms or logical structure to develop — internally or through third parties — competing or similar software solutions, applications or platforms;
• resell, sublicense, rent or provide access to the platform to third parties outside your company;
• share login credentials or circumvent the authentication, credit-limiting or security mechanisms;
• access the platform by automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) or extract data from it in bulk;
• upload illegal content, malware or content that infringes third-party rights;
• use the service in a way that disrupts, overloads or compromises the technical infrastructure.

These obligations regarding AirQuote's trade secrets and technology (know-how, algorithms, logical structure, workflows) survive the termination of the contract.

8. User content and data

The images you upload and the projects and measurements you create ("User Content") belong to you. You grant us a limited right to store, process and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the service (photogrammetric processing, generation of models and quotes, technical support), through our own infrastructure and the third-party computing and storage providers described in the Privacy Policy.

Image warranty: You warrant that you hold all rights and the homeowners' consent to capture, upload and process the aerial images, and that drone flights are carried out in compliance with applicable law (including civil aviation regulations and personal data protection rules). You are solely responsible for the lawful acquisition of the images. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for verifying it before submission.

9. Intellectual property

The AirQuote platform, including its source code, design, interface, algorithms, models, workflows and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of SC CC Digital Solutions SRL and is protected as trade secrets and intellectual property. These terms do not transfer to you any ownership rights over the platform or the technology behind it. The data and projects you create belong to you, and you can request an export of them at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

The AirQuote platform is a technical assistance tool. The measurements and estimates it generates are for information and guidance only. We make every effort to achieve high accuracy, within the usual technical margins (approximately 1–5%), but the final result depends on the quality of the images provided, the flight conditions and other external factors.

The final decision to order and cut materials rests solely with you, and you assume the final validation of quantities based on your own professional experience. SC CC Digital Solutions SRL is not liable for material damage, loss of profit or additional costs resulting from material orders based solely on the platform's results without prior human verification.

Equipment and drone operation: AirQuote is a software-only service. We do not supply the hardware (the drone) and we do not physically train staff for flying. Any damage to property or persons during drone operation by your agents is solely the responsibility of your company.

We accept no responsibility for measurement errors caused by the quality of the images provided, flight conditions, visual obstructions or other external factors. To the extent permitted by law, AirQuote's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Service availability

We undertake to keep the platform reasonably available (target: 99.5% uptime). Scheduled maintenance interruptions will be announced, where possible, at least 24 hours in advance. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, payment processing, cloud storage) or by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close access to your account, with reasonable prior notice (or immediately, in serious cases), in situations such as:

• non-payment of the subscription or of any amounts due;
• breach of section 7 (Permitted use and restrictions) or section 8;
• use that endangers the security, integrity or proper functioning of the platform;
• use for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription (section 6). Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends and your data is handled in accordance with section 6 and the Privacy Policy.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure as defined by Romanian law (art. 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code, Law 287/2009, as amended).

14. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts at the Provider's registered office (Suceava, Romania).

These terms are available in Romanian and English. For contracts concluded through airquote.ro the Romanian version prevails; for contracts concluded through airquote.eu the English version prevails.

16. Final provisions

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreement on this subject. For companies that upload personal data to the platform, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is concluded automatically upon acceptance of these terms. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force. Failure to exercise a right at any given time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
